The successful artists for the exhibition will shortly be receiving the details of how to arrange for delivery of their works to the Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery for the afternoon of Monday 1st October (hand-in day!), and the arrangements for removal of unsold works afterwards.
Be aware that the exhibition will be held in two seperate rooms of the gallery - and each has its own requirements for hanging! - so read the instructions carefully!!

Members should also note that the Society AGM is being held in the Gallery at 11.30 am on 6th October 2012 (the opening day of the exhibition) and will be followed by a members buffet lunch. PLEASE CONTACT Barbara Murray, (chair@ukcps.co.uk) if you intend to attend so that she is aware of numbers for the buffet.
