Best of Britain? - definately!!
Congratulations to both Pauline Longley (UKCPS) and to Karen Coulson (Signature) for gaining the top awards with coloured pencil entries in the 'Leisure Painter', and 'The Artist ', -- "Best of Britain" competition.
